Accounting Manager, Financial Controller

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum professional experience of 7 to 10 years in accounting and finance positions.
• At least 4 years of experience leading teams or taking on accounting coordination responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in accounting closings, preparation of financial statements, and control of accounting operations.
• Analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience working in corporate groups with international parent companies and subsidiaries.

English is an essential requirement for the position.

The selected candidate will work regularly with international teams, financial documentation, corporate systems, and communications with the parent company, and must therefore be confident in English, both written and spoken.

French will be especially valued, given the company's international environment and interactions with different group stakeholders.

• Lead and supervise the company's daily accounting operations.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings.
