Job description

A growing construction company is looking to hire a Production Manager for residential projects in the Mijas area.

The selected candidate will work alongside the Site Manager, being responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of work execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget. The duties are the usual ones for this role in construction projects.

What you'll do

Duties

Planning and daily monitoring of site work.
Coordination of subcontractors and work teams.
Control of measurements, certifications, and costs.
Supervision of execution quality.
Management of materials and coordination with suppliers.
Monitoring compliance with the schedule and health and safety regulations.
Continuous reporting to the Site Manager and the Production Management.
