Head of Surveying

At ConfiARTE we are selecting a Chief Surveyor to lead the geometric control of a new railway operating center in Tarragona.

The position will be responsible for the topographical works of the urban development, industrial buildings, track bed, facilities, and final project documentation.

• Design, implement, and maintain the network of topographical control points.
• Plan and coordinate the work of the surveying team.
• Supervise surveys, stakeouts, leveling, and geometric checks.
• Ensure the accuracy of axes, elevations, alignments, and gradients.
• Control the track geometry and its coordination with civil works and installations.
• Review project data received and detect potential inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with Production, the Technical Office, and the Site Management.
• Manage total station, GNSS, and leveling equipment.
• Supervise quantity takeoffs, measurements, and checks of completed units.
• Organize the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation.
• Maintain traceability and backup of all topographical data.

• Degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction surveying.
• Experience in civil, linear, railway, or industrial works.
• Experience coordinating surveyors and assistants.
• Proficiency in total station, GNSS, leveling, and surveying software.
• Knowledge of railway geometry and BIM will be valued.
• High precision, planning skills, and technical leadership.

• Gross annual salary of €50,000 to €58,000.
• Responsibility for the entire surveying scope of the project.

En ConfiARTE seleccionamos un/a Jefe/a de Topografía para liderar el control geométrico de un nuevo centro operativo ferroviario en Tarragona.

La posición tendrá responsabilidad sobre los trabajos topográficos de la urbanización, edificios industriales, playa de vías, instalaciones y documentación final del proyecto.

• Diseñar, implantar y conservar la red de bases topográficas.
• Planificar y coordinar los trabajos del equipo de topografía.
• Supervisar levantamientos, replanteos, nivelaciones y controles geométricos.
• Garantizar la precisión de ejes, cotas, alineaciones y rasantes.
• Controlar la geometría de vía y su coordinación con obra civil e instalaciones.
• Revisar los datos recibidos del proyecto y detectar posibles inconsistencias.
• Coordinarse con Producción, Oficina Técnica y Dirección Facultativa.
• Gestionar equipos de estación total, GNSS y nivelación.
• Supervisar cubicaciones, mediciones y comprobaciones de unidades ejecutadas.
• Organizar la elaboración de planos y documentación as-built.
• Mantener trazabilidad y respaldo de todos los datos topográficos.

• Ingeniería Técnica en Topografía, Ingeniería Geomática o titulación equivalente.
• Experiencia mínima de cinco años en topografía de obra.
• Experiencia en obra civil, lineal, ferroviaria o industrial.
• Experiencia coordinando topógrafos y auxiliares.
• Dominio de estación total, GNSS, nivelación y software topográfico.
• Se valorará conocimiento de geometría ferroviaria y BIM.
• Elevada precisión, capacidad de planificación y liderazgo técnico.

• Salario de 50.000 a 58.000 € brutos anuales.
• Responsabilidad sobre toda la topografía del proyecto.
