Technician – Quality Control Engineer – Civil Works - Industrial Sector (Sines, Portugal)

We are hiring a Technician – Quality Control Engineer (Civil Works) to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The selected candidate will be responsible for verifying that executed works comply with project requirements, regulations, and quality standards, carrying out the technical control of materials, construction processes, and on-site testing.

Functions

• Supervision of execution quality in civil works (earthworks, foundations, structures, and installations).

Concrete control

• Slump tests (Abrams cone).
• Taking and monitoring of test specimens.

Steel control

• Receiving, tracking, and monitoring of tests.

Control of backfills and embankments

• Verification of materials.
• Control of layers and execution (structural/engineering backfills).

Compaction control

• Density tests.
• Plate load tests.

Supervision of geotechnical works

• Monitoring of pile driving.

Structural steel control

• Verification of execution and tests (welds, etc.).
• Management and follow-up of external laboratory tests.
• Detection and management of non-conformities.
• Preparation of quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Verification of compliance with drawings and technical specifications.

Seleccionamos un/a Técnico/a – Ingeniero/a de Control de Calidad (Obra Civil) para incorporarse en Lisboa, Portugal. La persona seleccionada será responsable de verificar que los trabajos ejecutados cumplen con los requisitos del proyecto, la normativa y los estándares de calidad, realizando el control técnico de materiales, procesos constructivos y ensayos en obra.

Funciones

• Supervisión de la calidad de ejecución en obra civil (movimiento de tierras, cimentaciones, estructuras e instalaciones).

Control de hormigón

• Ensayos de asentamiento (cono de Abrams).
• Toma y seguimiento de probetas.

Control de acero

• Recepción, trazabilidad y seguimiento de ensayos.

Control de rellenos y terraplenes

• Verificación de materiales.
• Control de capas y ejecución (rellenos estructurales/ingenieriles).

Control de compactación

• Ensayos de densidad.
• Placas de carga.

Supervisión de trabajos geotécnicos

• Seguimiento de pilotaje.

Control de estructura metálica

• Verificación de ejecución y ensayos (soldaduras, etc.).
• Gestión y seguimiento de ensayos con laboratorio externo.
• Detección y gestión de no conformidades.
• Elaboración de registros, informes y documentación de calidad.
• Verificación del cumplimiento de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
