🛠 Position: Technical Office Manager

At Aldesa, every day you will have the opportunity to learn, innovate and take on new challenges. We are looking for a Technical Office Manager to join us on a railway civil works construction project that we are starting shortly. This is a comprehensive railway project combining civil works, industrial building, railway superstructure and highly complex installations.

If you have previous experience in infrastructure projects, we want to meet you!

📋 Your responsibilities:

• Analysis and review of the construction project, drawings and technical documentation.

• Preparation of breakdowns, measurements and quantity take-offs.

• Preparation of technical documentation for field execution.

• Support for construction planning and monitoring of milestones.

• Control of performance, progress and technical deviations.

• Management of project modifications and change orders.

• Technical coordination with site managers, foremen and subcontractors.

• Review of execution drawings and as-built documentation.

• Technical support in site setting-out and resolution of incidents.

• Preparation of technical reports and progress reports.

Civil Works

🎯 Requirements:

• Previous experience performing tasks similar to those offered, in road/linear/railway construction projects

• Health and safety training (at least a 60-hour course)

• Technical education in Civil Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, Public Works, Technical Engineering or similar.

• Availability to work on site and travel as required by the project.

🛠 Posición: Jefe/a Oficina Técnica

En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad para aprender, innovar y superar retos. Estamos buscando un/a Jefe/a Oficina Técnica para colaborar con nosotros en un proyecto constructivo de obra civil ferroviario que iniciamos en breve. Se trata de un proyecto ferroviario integral que combina obra civil, edificación industrial, superestructura ferroviaria e instalaciones de alta complejidad.

📋 Tus responsabilidades:

• Análisis y estudio del proyecto constructivo, planos y documentación técnica.

• Elaboración de despieces, mediciones y cubicaciones de obra.

• Preparación de documentación técnica para ejecución en campo.

• Apoyo a la planificación de obra y seguimiento de hitos.

• Control de rendimientos, avances y desviaciones técnicas.

• Gestión de modificaciones de proyecto y órdenes de cambio.

• Coordinación técnica con jefes de obra, encargados y subcontratas.

• Revisión de planos de ejecución y as-built.

• Soporte técnico en replanteos y resolución de incidencias.

• Elaboración de informes técnicos y reportes de avance.

Obra Civil

🎯 Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa realizando tareas similares a las ofertadas, en proyectos de ejecución de obra vial/lineal/ferroviaria

• Formación en PRL (al menos curso de 60h)

• Formación técnica en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos, Obras Públicas, Ingeniería Técnica o similar.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar a pie de obra y desplazarse según necesidades del proyecto.
