🛠️ INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (Junior Profile)

Location: Casar de Cáceres and Santiago del Campo (Cáceres)

You will be part of the technical team at our facilities in Casar de Cáceres or Santiago del Campo, actively participating in daily operations and ensuring the efficiency and continuity of our production lines.

What you'll do

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Execution of electromechanical interventions on machinery and industrial installations.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosis and agile repair of technical issues in the production environment.
Continuous Improvement Processes: Collaboration with the technical team to optimize plant performance and safety.
Support and Learning: Working side by side with experienced technicians who will help you along your learning curve and professional growth.

How you'll work

Schedule: Rotating (Morning / Afternoon) with expected transition to 3rd/4th shift

You will be informed and scheduled with adequate notice and with corresponding compensation according to the collective agreement.
