The EV Grids Engineering Department at SferaOne is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of electric charging infrastructure. Its goal is to ensure smart, efficient, and sustainable grids that drive electric mobility.
What will your mission be?
Leading the engineering and networks team, providing monitoring, supervision, and reporting on the drafting of technical projects and their status.
You will also supervise, from coordination, analysis, and reporting, the connection points with electric utility companies.
You will lead and coordinate the human team and technical resources of the Engineering and Networks department, driving excellence and collaborative work.
You will supervise the drafting and status of technical projects — primarily electrical, with mechanical, civil, and telecommunications components — ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines.
You will analyze and report on the status of connection points with electric utility companies, ensuring technical and regulatory feasibility.
You will review and optimize technical and economic designs, resolving issues and ensuring the best solution for each project.
You will control work planning, prioritizing tasks and optimizing execution and management timelines with electric utility companies.
You will manage and optimize project budgets, always seeking maximum efficiency and profitability.
You will promote the implementation of new technologies and technical disciplines, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
You will design and apply control and management processes that improve the department's performance and organization.
You will coordinate and manage technical service providers, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
You will approve technical projects and documentation, ensuring rigor and regulatory compliance.
You will control the department's economic performance, carrying out budget monitoring and efficiency analysis.
You will collaborate with the rest of the departments in the area and report to management, ensuring smooth communication and an overall business vision.
Coordinate and grow the current team, driving its development with a 360º vision of electrical engineering and other disciplines such as civil or mechanical engineering.
Required qualification: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering, or similar.
Experience: Ideally around 10 years of experience in engineering teams and demonstrable experience in managing them.
