We are looking to expand our team with an ACO LAC Unit Manager for high-speed railway projects at various locations in the region of Extremadura, leading the technical assistance team and ensuring the proper development of the works.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for the Technical Assistance for Control and Monitoring (ACO) of the Overhead Contact Line (OCL) works on the Madrid-Extremadura high-speed line.

Your role will be key to the project's success:

· You will coordinate and lead the ACO team, ensuring the correct execution of the works.

· You will have direct communication with the client and will monitor the technical and financial compliance of the contract.

· You will plan and schedule the works, optimizing resources and workloads.

· You will manage documentation and coordinate through CDE (Common Data Environment) to ensure traceability and control of information.

· You will supervise the progress of the works and resolve incidents, including occasional on-site presence during nighttime hours if necessary.

Essential requirements:

· Solid experience of at least 5 years in railway works, especially in Overhead Contact Line (catenary, railway electrification).

· Knowledge and use of CDE and document/BIM coordination.

· Experience in work planning and scheduling.

· Leadership skills, team management, and decision-making on site.

· Availability to attend the site occasionally during nighttime hours.

Buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo con un/a Jefe/a de Unidad ACO LAC para proyectos ferroviarios de alta velocidad en varios puntos de la comunidad de Extremadura, liderando el equipo de asistencia técnica y asegurando el correcto desarrollo de las obras.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

Serás el/la responsable de la Asistencia Técnica de Control y Vigilancia (ACO) de las obras de Línea Aérea de Contacto (LAC) la LAV Madrid-Extremadura.

Tu papel será clave en el éxito del proyecto:

· Coordinarás y liderarás al equipo de ACO, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los trabajos.

· Tendrás interlocución directa con el cliente y llevarás el seguimiento de cumplimiento técnico y económico del contrato.

· Planificarás y programarás la obra, optimizando recursos y cargas de trabajo.

· Gestionarás la documentación y coordinarás mediante CDE (Common Data Environment) para asegurar la trazabilidad y control de la información.

· Supervisarás el avance de la obra y resolverás incidencias, incluyendo presencia puntual en obra en horario nocturno si es necesario.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un/a perfil senior, con visión global, liderazgo y capacidad de interlocución, habituado/a a entornos ferroviarios complejos:

Requisitos imprescindibles:

· Experiencia sólida de al menos 5 años en obras ferroviarias, especialmente en Línea Aérea de Contacto (catenaria, electrificación ferroviaria).

· Conocimiento y manejo de CDE y coordinación documental/BIM.

· Experiencia en planificación y programación de obra.

· Capacidad de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y toma de decisiones en obra.

· Disponibilidad para acudir a obra de manera puntual en horario nocturno.
