We are looking for a professional with solid technical knowledge, managerial skills, and a strategic vision of prevention, capable of leading the department and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment across all our operations.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and Control: Designing, implementing, and auditing the company's overall prevention strategy.
  • Technical Supervision: Coordinating the monitoring of Health and Safety Plans on construction sites.
  • Institutional Coordination: Acting as the main point of contact with the Labour Inspectorate, external auditors, and official bodies.
  • Documentation Management and CAE: Overseeing Business Activity Coordination and subcontractor approval/homologation.
  • Investigation and Analysis: Leading the investigation of accidents/incidents and establishing corrective action plans.
  • Promoting and consolidating a real safety culture integrated into business operations, ensuring a balance between regulatory compliance and execution pace.
