Requirements

What we're looking for

Education in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.
Approximately 4 years of experience as a Site Manager or in positions of responsibility on construction sites.
Demonstrable experience in urbanization works.
Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Knowledge of planning, economic control, and site monitoring.
Availability to work in Seville and its province.

Nice to have

Experience in sanitation, water supply, and service networks projects is especially valued.

We are looking for a technical profile with experience in the management and execution of urbanization works, especially in sanitation, water supply, and service networks.

What you'll do

Main duties

Planning, organization, and monitoring of the execution of the works.
Coordination and supervision of work carried out by in-house teams and subcontractors.
Cost, schedule, and quality control of the works.
Supervision of urbanization works, especially sanitation and water supply.
Control and monitoring of certifications, measurements, and production.
Management of suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordination with the Technical Management, the Client, and other parties involved.
Monitoring compliance with H&S, quality, and environmental regulations.
Preparation and review of technical documentation associated with the works.
Resolution of incidents and monitoring of project progress.
