Staff management

Distribute, standardize and supervise the work to be carried out and the workers involved.

Monitor staff attendance using attendance sheets or the daily schedule. Notify the production manager if any irregularities are found.

Distribute the available staff during the shift in the most optimal way.

Supervise the team of section supervisors and their performance.

Assign and reassign workers to their posts, and request and release them as needed.

Process supervision

Supervise the correct use of machinery and equipment for garment processing.

Monitor and track the area's KPIs, processing times and order for each client, verifying the weight of laundry washed versus clean laundry per client.

Ensure compliance with the washing and processing order according to the production plan.

Ensure that the tasks assigned to each post are carried out, including managing losses and rejects, while supervising the work performed by the operators.

Manage machine incidents in coordination with the maintenance department.

He/she is the maximum person responsible for the process and the plant when the production manager is not present.

Monitor compliance with PPE regulations and the correct use of PPE.

Among others indicated in the company's Prevention Plan:

Inform and make staff under his/her supervision aware of the risks in their work and the prevention and protection measures to be adopted.

Ensure that workers have the necessary means and equipment. PPE.

Identify possible training needs of his/her staff, proposing and planning specific actions.

Report to management any risks and hazards detected in his/her area.

Customer service

Handle phone calls regarding possible incidents that may arise from our customers when the person(s) responsible could not be contacted.

Support for staff with disabilities

Promote the integration of workers with disabilities in the CEE through appropriate, specific support.

Detect and intervene in possible progressive deterioration processes of workers with disabilities in order to prevent and/or mitigate their effects.

Follow up on all actions determined to improve and enhance the employment stability and integration of workers with disabilities.

Mediate in possible labor conflicts or issues that may arise in the performance of job duties, promoting interdepartmental teamwork.

Support the members of the Support Unit in training for the integration of new workers.

Promote and enhance the autonomy and independence of workers with disabilities, especially in the performance of their tasks.

Report to his/her superior any incident observed that could violate current labor regulations, as well as occupational risk prevention regulations.

Operations on plant equipment

Turn on and off laundry, bedside, or computer equipment.

Operate laundry equipment manually or to resolve minor breakdowns.

Supervise and control machine interventions caused by breakdowns that require the intervention of production staff (jams, manual operations).

Manage the correct use of the dispatch control system. Resolve breakdowns and configurations in the system according to his/her user level.

2-Lack of training will be compensated with demonstrable experience of more than 3 years in a similar position.
