Street and Beach Cleaning Service Manager

- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.

- Additional training in Occupational Risk Prevention; a Master's degree in OHS with three specializations will be valued.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in urban services management, specifically in street cleaning and/or beach cleaning contracts in cities with 250,000 to 300,000 inhabitants.

- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, operational coordination, and financial control of service contracts.

- Ability to plan, organize, and optimize resources in complex operational environments.

- Knowledge of applicable regulations in urban services, safety, quality, and environment.

The role will be responsible for managing the street cleaning and beach cleaning contract in the city of Almería, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, quality and safety standards, as well as the efficiency targets established by the company.

- Plan, organize, and direct the provision of street and beach cleaning services, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

- Coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring adequate allocation of human and material resources, as well as service continuity and quality.

- Lead, motivate, and develop the teams under their responsibility.

- Manage and optimize routes, resources, and operational procedures, driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, sustainability, and productivity of services.

- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, machinery, and facilities associated with the contract, ensuring their availability and proper functioning.

- Prepare, control, and monitor the operating budget.

- Manage decentralized purchasing and contracting related to the activity, ensuring cost control and optimization.

- Ensure compliance with current regulations and corporate policies regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, Environment, and Safety.

- Prepare management reports, activity indicators, and technical documentation required for contract monitoring and control.
