Profile we are looking for

University Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
Professional registration and licensing where required.
Previous experience in nursing homes, geriatrics, rehabilitation or care for dependent people will be valued.
Ability to work in a coordinated manner with other healthcare and care professionals.
Person-centred approach, responsibility and sensitivity towards the care of the elderly.

Extensive previous experience is not essential if a good professional foundation, commitment and a vocation for the health and social care sector are provided.

What do we offer?

Permanent contract.
Part-time schedule of 20 to 25 hours per week.
Working hours to be agreed with the centre.
Remuneration in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and proportional to the working hours.
As a reference, the collective agreement salary for a full-time position is around €21,000 gross per year, so for the position offered the salary will be adjusted proportionally, negotiating improvements with each candidate.
Joining an established residential care centre.
Stable work within a multidisciplinary team.
On-site position in Abades (Segovia).

The role

At ConfiARTE, a consultancy specialised in talent selection, we are looking to recruit a Physiotherapist for a residential care centre for the elderly located in Abades, Segovia.

We are looking for a professional who understands geriatric physiotherapy from a comprehensive perspective: prevention, functional recovery, maintenance of autonomy and, above all, improvement of the quality of life of the residents.

What you'll do

Main duties

Functional assessment and individualised monitoring of residents.
Design and application of physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatments and techniques.
Development of programmes for maintaining mobility, balance, strength and functional autonomy.
Prevention of falls, functional decline and complications arising from immobility.
Monitoring and evaluation of the progress of each treatment.
Advising the care team on mobilisation, transfers, positioning and postural guidelines.
Participation in meetings and assessments together with the multidisciplinary team.
Collaboration with family members and professionals in those actions related to their speciality.
