Requirements

What we're looking for

- We will value previous experience in retail, customer service, and after-sales in the distribution sector.

- Good presentation, dynamic, tenacious, communicative, resourceful, organized, and proactive.

- Proficiency in office software and other computer programs.

- Availability to work full-time on a split shift from Monday to Sunday and on public holidays established by each Community, respecting the two weekly rest days set out in the collective bargaining agreement.

Reporting to the department management, we are looking for a colleague for the position of CASHIER/AFTER-SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE for our store in MURCIA.

Among your main duties, the following stand out:

What you'll do

- Handling cash register payments efficiently and reliably

- Resolving cash register issues

- Following cash register procedures

- Contributing to meeting department goals

- Customer service and information.

- Delivering and exchanging merchandise for customers

- Managing sales and returns

- Managing orders / supplier changes

- General support for the store.
