Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum experience: 1 year
Availability to work 30h/week from Monday to Sunday, respecting rest days, is essential
We will value previous experience in retail or experience in the mass distribution sector.
Secondary Education/High School/Intermediate Vocational Training
Good appearance and diction, customer service, dynamism, tenacity, negotiation, and organization.

The role

Currently, for our store in MAJADAHONDA (Madrid), we need to fill a position for a decoration accessories sales assistant for 30h per week, working Monday to Sunday.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for:

Customer advice, service, and sales.
Incident resolution.
Maintenance of the section in optimal presentation and condition.
Ensuring sufficient product availability in the department.
Controlling the day-to-day offers and promotions being carried out.
Achievement of budgeted sales objectives.
General support for the store.
