Senior Project Manager

• University degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project and construction management (Project Management / Construction Management).
• Demonstrable experience in cost control, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Availability to work on-site and reside or travel outside of Galicia during the project.
• Leadership capacity, autonomy, and results orientation.

• (Valuable: knowledge of planning and BIM tools, PMP or other certifications, languages, etc. Adjusted according to the project)

What we offer

• Permanent contract.
• Annual gross fixed salary of €45,000 – €50,000 + expenses + variables, depending on experience and profile.

Project Manager Senior – Project outside of Galicia (on-site)

At Consmaga, we are an integrated project and construction management company based in Galicia. We are committed to the professional development of our team, work-life balance, and shared growth. We are now looking to hire a Project Manager Senior to lead a project outside of Galicia.

You will join a project on-site outside of Galicia, where you will be responsible for the technical-economic management of the project: planning, cost and deadline control, coordination with the owner, the technical management, and contractors, and monitoring quality and execution on-site.
