At Consmaga, a technical services company specialized in construction, real estate development, and comprehensive project management, we want to bring on board a Sales Technician with initiative, business generation skills, and a passion for building commercial relationships.

Your mission

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting commercial relationships, and expanding our client portfolio through active prospecting and acquisition efforts.

What will you do?

✅ Acquire new clients through commercial prospecting and cold calling.

✅ Develop business with companies involved in construction projects (investors, developers, and contractors) as well as public and private entities.

✅ Identify opportunities in the construction, renovation, development, and related services sectors.

✅ Prepare and present technical-economic proposals.

✅ Follow up on bids and commercial negotiations.

✅ Manage and retain strategic clients.

✅ Coordinate with technical teams to offer tailored solutions for each project.
