What we're looking for

Key skills and qualities:

• Technical skills: SQL (analyzing large datasets), Python (automating workflows and generating actionable insights), BI tools (building dashboards and real-time performance reports).

• Soft skills: Analytical thinking, continuously improvement mindset, long term vision and the ability to turn insights into actionable solutions.

• Are available to work 25 hours (9:00-14:00) or 35 hours (9:00-16:00) for a minimum 6‑month period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus:

What you'll do

As intern in the GT team, you will be involved in Data Quality, Data Processing automation and Analytics.

• Process automation: Identify manual and repetitive tasks (reporting, emails, recurring workflows) and support their automation through digital tools and robotics solutions to improve efficiency and business performance.

• Process definition: Define and document operational processes, including objectives, scope, and basic requirements. Identify business problems and help structure clear, standardized processes.

• Workflow design: Design and improve operational workflows with a digital and automation-first mindset, identifying opportunities to optimize tools and processes in alignment with business needs.

• Performance measurement: Define, design, track, and analyze operational KPIs using digital tools to measure performance, assess the impact of automation initiatives, and support data-driven business decisions.
