Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Previous experience in workshop support and repair order management.
- English level B2.
- Capacity for organization, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of design and calculation.
- Experience in an aeronautical or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in technical documentation management and maintenance management tools.
The role
We are currently looking to hire a Workshop Support Engineer to provide technical support in an aeronautical environment, participating in the management and monitoring of repairs, coordinating with the workshop, and handling documentation control related to aircraft maintenance.
Functions:
What you'll do
- Preparation and management of repair orders.
- Active technical support to the workshop during repair and maintenance activities.
- Monitoring and control of hour reports per aircraft.
- Management and analysis of HNCs, SOIs, and associated technical documentation.
- Coordination with different technical areas to resolve incidents.
- Support in process improvement and monitoring of ongoing work.
How you'll work
Schedule: Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 06:45 to 17:45
