What we're looking for
- Degree in Industrial Automation and Electronics Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in the design and integration of SCADA systems.
- Solid and demonstrable experience working with Ignition (Core, Perspective, Vision). Holding the Core or Gold certification from Inductive Automation will be very positively valued.
- Databases & Scripting: Proficiency in SQL queries and Python programming.
- Industrial Communications: Deep knowledge of standard protocols (Modbus, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, MQTT).
- Fluent English level (both spoken and written).
- Occasionally, availability for national and international geographic mobility is required.

The role
We are currently selecting a SCADA Engineer with solid knowledge and proven experience in the Inductive Automation Ignition platform. Within our Electrical Engineering dept., you will be part of a multidisciplinary technical team and will have the opportunity to work on projects with a high technical component.
What you'll do
- Participate in the commissioning and startup of high and medium voltage electrical substations, both nationally and internationally.
- Design and Development from scratch: Lead the architecture and implementation of new SCADA/MES projects using the Ignition platform.
- Modern Front-End Development: Design advanced, interactive, and responsive HMI/SCADA interfaces, primarily with the Ignition Perspective module.
- Systems Integration: Connect control layers (PLCs, RTUs) via OPC UA/MQTT and relational databases (SQL).
- Logic and Scripting: Develop advanced scripts in Python/Jython to optimize system functionality and automate processes.
- Technical Mentoring: Support and guide junior profiles in development best practices within the Ignition ecosystem.
