Nespresso Sales Associate (part-time afternoons)

DABA specializes in the development of the capsule coffee market Nespresso in Spain and Andorra. We are exclusive distributors of the brand in the markets where we operate. Do you want to be part of DABA's future as a Coffee Specialist?

In our Boutique located at El Corte Inglés in Vigo, you will represent the Nespresso brand and attend to our customers with personalized service and sales, conveying passion for the brand in order to exceed customer expectations.

• You will identify customer needs, adapting the sales pitch based on their requirements.
• You will advise and guide customers regarding Nespresso products.
• You will drive additional sales of our products.
• You will contribute to the smooth operation of the store.

• Variable compensation system tied to objectives.
• Flexible compensation with the option to allocate salary to a restaurant card, transportation card, health insurance, savings insurance, childcare, training, and purchasing electronic equipment.
• Product training plan and sales techniques, along with competency development guides with continuous feedback.

• 12 hours/week, afternoons: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Possibility of additional hours.

En nuestra Boutique ubicada en el Corte Inglés de Vigo, representarás la marca Nespresso y atenderás a nuestros clientes con atención y venta personalizada, transmitiendo pasión por la marca con la finalidad de superar las expectativas del cliente.

• Identificarás las necesidades del cliente, adaptando el argumento de venta en función de sus necesidades.
• Aconsejarás y guiarás al cliente respecto a los productos Nespresso.
• Realizarás venta adicional de nuestros productos.
• Participarás en el correcto funcionamiento del punto de venta.

• Sistema de retribución variable asociado a objetivos.
• Retribución flexible con posibilidad de destinar salario a tarjeta restaurante, tarjeta transporte, seguro médico, seguro de ahorro, guardería, formación y compra de equipos electrónicos.
• Plan de formación en producto y técnicas de venta, y guías de desarrollo de competencias con feedback continuo.

• 12h/s semanales tarde: Lunes, jueves y viernes de 18:00h a 22:00h. Con posibilidad de realizar horas complementarias.

• Tienes experiencia en venta personalizada.
