Nespresso Sales Associate ECI Pozuelo (32h/week afternoons)

In our Boutique located at El Corte Inglés in Pozuelo de Alarcón, you will represent the Nespresso brand and assist our customers with personalized attention and sales, conveying passion for the brand in order to exceed customer expectations.

• You will identify customer needs, adapting the sales pitch based on their requirements.
• You will advise and guide customers regarding Nespresso products.
• You will drive additional sales of our products.
• You will contribute to the smooth operation of the store.

• 32h/week afternoon shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:15 PM to 10:15 PM, Saturday from 4:15 PM to 10:15 PM, Sundays and holidays from 3:15 PM to 9:15 PM (Thursdays off). Possibility of working additional hours.

• Identificarás las necesidades del cliente, adaptando el argumento de venta en función de sus necesidades.
• Aconsejarás y guiarás al cliente respecto a los productos Nespresso.
• Realizarás venta adicional de nuestros productos.
• Participarás en el correcto funcionamiento del punto de venta.

• 32h/s semanales tarde: Lunes, martes, miercoles y viernes de 17:15h a 22:15h, sábado de 16:15h a 22:15h, domingos y festivos 15:15h a 21:15h (jueves libre). Con posibilidad de realizar horas complementarias.
• Sistema de retribución variable asociado a objetivos.
