Trainee Department Manager

At this moment, we are looking for SECTION MANAGERS IN TRAINING to join us. We are looking for people who dare, who are not afraid to make mistakes, and who have a hunger to learn. In this stage you will not be alone, but rather you will be in charge of an experienced manager who will guide you day by day, teaching you the trade and preparing you so that in a few months you can fly on your own.

• An athlete who incorporates sport as a regular habit.

• University degree or higher vocational training qualification.
• National geographic mobility (essential).

Essential Requirement: National Mobility Your project with us will begin with an initial immersion of 4 to 6 months at Decathlon Son Moix (Mallorca). Upon successfully completing this stage of accompaniment and learning, you will transfer to one of our centers in another Spanish city, taking the reins and officially assuming the position of Section Manager.

• Deportista que incorpore el deporte como práctica habitual.
• Disponibilidad horaria completa.
• Disponibilidad los fines de semana.
• Estudios universitarios o ciclo formativo superior.
• Movilidad geográfica nacional (imprescindible).

Requisito Imprescindible: Movilidad Nacional Tu proyecto con nosotros comenzará con una inmersión inicial de 4 a 6 meses en Decathlon Son Moix (Mallorca). Al finalizar con éxito esta etapa de acompañamiento y aprendizaje, te trasladarás a uno de nuestros centros en otra ciudad española, tomando las riendas y asumiendo de manera oficial el cargo de Responsable de Sección.
