About the role

From Fundación Adecco, we are looking for an experienced shop assistant to join a well-known business group that is a leader in the nautical retail sector and located in Palma. What you'll do

Your main duties will be:

-Contribute to achieving the store's commercial objectives.

-Identify cross-selling opportunities.

-Provide value to customers through the commercial and loyalty actions defined by management.

-Resolve complaints or issues quickly and effectively.
