The role

From Fundación Adecco, we are looking for an experienced shop assistant to join a well-known business group that is a leader in the nautical retail sector and located in Palma. If you are interested in being part of a customer-focused, dynamic environment with development opportunities, we are waiting for you!

What you'll do

-Contribute to achieving the store's commercial objectives.

-Identify cross-selling opportunities.

-Provide value to customers through the commercial and loyalty actions defined by management.

-Provide technical advice tailored to each boat.

-Create a professional and approachable shopping experience.

-Resolve complaints or issues quickly and effectively.

-Handle administrative and organisational tasks: cash register closures, delivery notes, returns, incidents and stock control.

What are we looking for?

-High school diploma.

- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.

-Intermediate English.

Nice to have

-Commercial vocation and customer orientation.

-Initiative and proactivity in day-to-day work.

-Organizational skills and attention to detail.
