• A person passionate about CYCLING, who enjoys riding, discovering new routes, and sharing that passion with others. Someone who understands the bike not only as a sport, but as a lifestyle.

• With passion for the product and for sales, able to advise every cyclist—whether urban, road, gravel, or mountain—to offer them the best solution and the best experience in our store.

• Capable of making decisions within your area of responsibility, always ensuring the best availability of bicycles, accessories, components, and services both in physical stores and through the digital channel, contributing to the growth of the sport.

• Innovative, with initiative to bring new ideas that improve the cyclist experience and product sales, maintenance, or display processes.

• Eager to keep learning and training every day, both in cycling technical product and in customer service and management skills.

• Con pasión por el producto y por la venta, capaz de asesorar a cada ciclista -sea urbano, de carretera, gravel o montaña- para ofrecerle la mejor solución y la mejor experiencia en nuestra tienda.

• Capaz de tomar decisiones dentro de tu perímetro de responsabilidad, garantizando siempre la mejor disponibilidad de bicicletas, accesorios, componentes y servicios tanto en tienda física como en el canal digital, contribuyendo al crecimiento del deporte.

• Innovador/a, con iniciativa para aportar ideas nuevas que mejoren la experiencia del ciclista y los procesos de venta, mantenimiento o exposición de producto.

• Con ganas de seguir aprendiendo y formándote cada día, tanto en producto técnico de ciclismo como en habilidades de atención al cliente y gestión.
