🎯The role

We are looking for Sales Assistants for our store located in Vic (Barcelona), for a 20-hour weekly schedule on a rotating morning or afternoon shift.

You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.

📋 Your key responsibilities

• Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.

• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).

• Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.

• Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.

• Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

• Position: Footwear, accessories, and complements Sales Assistant.

• Store: Merkal Vic. (Carretera de Manlleu 19, Vic)

• Working day: 20 hours per week.

• Schedule: Monday to Saturdays on a rotating morning or afternoon shift.

• Contract: permanent.

• Compensation: fixed salary according to collective agreement + variable based on store objectives.
