Sports Sales Assistant - Fitness

At this moment, we are looking for a passionate Fitness Sports Sales Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who dares, who is not afraid to make mistakes, who makes impactful decisions every day and who seeks to progress in their craft to contribute to our sense of company and to satisfy each one of our sportsperson customers.

• Passionate about Fitness: You regularly practice Fitness disciplines (Cardio Equipment, Bodybuilding, Cross Training, Pilates, Yoga, or Martial Arts), you incorporate physical activity into your daily life and you love sharing your passion and advice with others.

• Product and Sales Oriented: Passionate about technical equipment, textiles, and Fitness accessories to always offer the best offer, recommendation, and shopping experience to our customers (both in the physical store and through digital sales tools/DIS).

• Autonomous and Decisive: Capable of making decisions regarding your perimeter of responsibility, guaranteeing product availability, shelf implementation logic, and the visual excellence of your sport to make it grow.

• Innovative and Reactive: Capable of providing new solutions in commerce, adapting DAOs, and boosting sales according to the trends and needs of the city's sportspersons.

• Eagerness to learn and progress: A person with curiosity, initiative, and motivation to continue developing and training continuously.
