Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Flexible working hours: Manage your own time and organize your schedule autonomously to balance your professional and personal life.

Attractive compensation package: Competitive base salary plus high variable incentives tied to sales performance. Your effort and results will set the ceiling on your earnings!

Professional growth: Join a young, dynamic, and constantly evolving team where you can develop a long-term career plan.

The role

Are you passionate about the intersection of science, health, and beauty? If you are results-oriented, have a way with people, and want to be part of a highly competitive and rapidly growing project, this is your opportunity. We are looking for a Sales Representative to lead growth and build strategic relationships with industry professionals in Burgos, Logroño, and Palencia. Boost your career in a sector with a bright future!

What you'll do

Your goal will not simply be to visit clients; you will become a strategic partner in the field of biocosmetics, nutraceuticals, and medical aesthetics. Your main responsibilities will be:

Scientific-commercial liaison: Act as a direct bridge between the laboratory's medical department and industry specialists to resolve complex questions and deliver differentiated value.

Evidence-based selling: Master and defend the clinical studies behind the products to support your sales arguments with a solid medical-scientific foundation.

Account strategy: Analyze the potential of assigned centers and hospitals, designing tailored action plans to introduce, grow, or expand the laboratory's portfolio.

Relationship management (Networking): Build, develop, and maintain high-trust, long-term relationships with key industry professionals.

Monitoring and follow-up (CRM): Keep your contact database up to date, report on completed visits, and ensure compliance with agreed commitments.
