Lead the definition, implementation, and evolution of strategic Omnichannel Supply Chain projects, ensuring the correct integration between business processes, technological solutions, and different logistics partners.

The person in this position will act as the nexus between Omnichannel Supply, IT, Operations, points of sale, distribution centers, and logistics partners, ensuring that the designed solutions respond to business needs, improve operational efficiency, and can scale internationally.

What you'll do

Lead projects from initial definition through to implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations.
Define and maintain the project plan, including scope, objectives, milestones, resources, budget, and risks.
Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and external providers, ensuring adequate collaboration between business, IT, and operations.
Prepare and lead follow-up meetings, project committees, and steering committees, providing visibility on progress and key decision points.
Identify and manage risks, incidents, dependencies, and pending decisions, defining mitigation and contingency plans when necessary.
Ensure compliance with project objectives in terms of scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
Manage the transition from the project to operations, ensuring the correct transfer of knowledge and responsibilities to support teams.
Guarantee that functional, technical, and operational documentation is kept up to date throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Analyze current Supply Chain processes and detect opportunities for simplification, automation, efficiency, and scalability.
Identify business needs and convert them into clear and structured requirements.
Translate operational needs into functional requirements and specifications for IT and technological providers.
Design future processes (to-be processes) ensuring their alignment between systems, operations, and customer experience.
Evaluate the impact of proposed solutions on the different areas and stakeholders involved.
Define acceptance criteria and participate in the testing, functional validation, and production launch phases.
Ensure that the designed solutions are scalable and can adapt to different markets and operating models.
Act as a connection point between Supply Chain, Omnichannel, IT, Operations, points of sale, distribution centers, and logistics partners.
Align expectations, needs, and priorities among the different stakeholders.
Facilitate decision-making and ensure the resolution of conflicts and dependencies between teams.
Communicate project status, main risks, required decisions, and next steps clearly.
