As a Senior Warehouse Operator at Destinus, you will not only manage materials and components essential to our production, but you will also play a fundamental role in organizing daily work, coordinating the team, and distributing responsibilities.
You will be an operational point of reference within the warehouse, ensuring that tasks are correctly assigned, shifts are organized, and priorities are aligned with Production needs. You will combine your technical expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) with your ability to lead people, anticipate problems, and make decisions that keep operations moving.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with the team, knows how to organize resources and people, and has the initiative to continuously improve the way we work.
At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with next-generation unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Our technologies are designed to respond to the specific needs of modern defense operations, offering speed, precision, and cost efficiency. We collaborate with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to develop advanced solutions intended for critical operations. Join us to shape the future of defense through groundbreaking aerospace innovations.

Who you are
You are a person with initiative, judgment, and a natural ability to lead and organize teams. You do not limit yourself to completing your own tasks, but rather you have a global vision of operations, you know how to set priorities, and you ensure that every person is clear on what they must do and when.
You like working close to the team, sharing knowledge, and finding practical solutions to day-to-day challenges. You know how to make decisions, stay calm when priorities change, and take on responsibilities without losing sight of the details.
You combine a practical mindset with good communication and organizational skills. For you, an efficient warehouse does not depend solely on systems and processes, but also on having a well-coordinated, motivated team committed to results.
