The role
At Dia España, we want to hire a Regional Technical Construction Manager at the Getafe Delegation. The selected person will join the Real Estate (Technical area) team with the objective of monitoring the assigned construction budget as well as the established technical actions, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality. Their functions will be:

- Supervise, plan, and manage the execution of all local and national projects of the technical area in the assigned zone of Madrid Centro-Sur and surroundings.
- Achieve the construction budget objective.
- Coordinate the construction activities of the stores.
- Coordinate with the rest of the departments the openings/conversions planned for the delegation.
- Supervise the status of the stores in your area and the work of the contractors.
- Monitor the contractors.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption.
- Control expenditure and investment, supervise and sign the invoicing of the contracted workers.
- Obtain all technical data required by the technical department of the store network.
- Keep the technical and accounting inventory up to date.
- Supervise compliance with the mandatory periodicity of Statutory Inspections regarding installations in the assigned store network.
