Preparation Area Manager for Mérida

At the Dia branch in Mérida, we want to bring on board a Preparation Area Manager. The selected candidate will join the WAREHOUSE team with the aim of contributing to the optimal supply of the store network through efficiency in the preparation process, adapting to their daily demand. Control and coordinate the team of preparers, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction, company profit, and ensuring maximum quality.

Their functions will be:

• Control and ensure the correct preparation of goods, the planning of preparation volumes, as well as the correct use of voice equipment and machinery.

• Carry out the controls/audits in the preparation of orders established by the company.

• Manage the returns of store goods, suitable/unsuitable, in coordination with the shipping and receiving team.

• Supervise, coordinate, and develop the preparation area team.

• Management and control of KPIs.

• Ensure efficient operation and optimization of the warehouse in terms of quality, stock, location, cleanliness, conservation of goods, maintenance of facilities and equipment, as well as safety and occupational risk prevention.

• Carrying out inventories, preparation on holidays.

In addition to the above, you will perform other extraordinary and occasional tasks when required by the needs of the company and as long as they are related to your area of competence.

Advanced Vocational Training + specialized training in logistics/warehouses

Advanced Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics is valuable

3 years coordinating logistics operations teams (warehouse production)
