The role

Job description

We are looking to bring on committed, responsible professionals who want to grow in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will complete an initial training period to acquire the knowledge and skills needed for the role.

What do we offer?

Initial 2-month training contract at the company's facilities located in Alcalá de Henares.

Upon completion of the training period, 3-month contract extension.

Transfer to the Illescas work center once training is completed.

Rotating shifts, with availability for:

- Morning shift (6am to 2pm)

- Afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm)

Salary, 10.77 euros gross per hour (Alcalá de Henares)

Salary, 10.99 euros gross per hour (Illescas)

Requirements

Availability to complete in-person training in Alcalá de Henares during the first 2 months.

Availability to subsequently work in Illescas.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in industrial, logistics, or production environments will be valued.
