What we're looking for
Experience in the logistics sector as an administrative assistant in a warehouse.
Good command of tools such as Excel.
Upper-intermediate/advanced level of English. It will be used daily in the position.
Own vehicle is essential to access the workplace.

What you'll get
Temporary contract through an employment agency, with the possibility of renewal.
Immediate start.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00, with availability to work a split shift when the company requires it.
Salary: €11.46 gross per hour.

The role
From Temporing we are looking for an administrative assistant for a logistics company located in Illescas, Toledo.
What you'll do
Document management and filing.
Use of various computer tools such as Microsoft, Google, email, etc.; a good level of Excel is important.
Recording documentation.
Recording incoming and outgoing goods.
Processing orders.
Managing daily files.
Managing the company's operational cycle.
