Full Stack Developer (Node/React)

At DigiHunting, we are looking for a Fullstack Developer for the Connectif Core team, a marketing automation SaaS platform for eCommerce.

Their product combines customer data, automations, and communication channels to help brands offer more relevant experiences in real time. Connectif was born in Murcia and today has more than 65 people and a presence in three continents.

You will work at the core of a growing platform, developing end-to-end functionalities and contributing to ensuring the product remains robust and scalable. You will also have the opportunity to participate in AI-related initiatives, such as assisted creation of content, audiences, and workflows.

You will join the team that develops the platform core.

You will participate in the creation and evolution of functionalities used by companies in different markets, working on both frontend and backend.

It is a product with challenges in scalability, data management, and technological evolution. Connectif is developed mainly in TypeScript, with React on the frontend and a Node.js API. It uses MongoDB as a transactional database, ClickHouse for analytics, and RabbitMQ for message management. Its infrastructure is hosted on Azure and uses Kubernetes (AKS).

The team is also working on new AI capabilities to facilitate the creation of content, audiences, and workflows, as well as conversational data analysis. These are evolving initiatives within a product that continues to expand its possibilities for eCommerce.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience developing cloud SaaS software and practical experience with the team's main technologies:

• TypeScript and Node.js for backend development.
• React for frontend development.
• MongoDB.
• Development and evolution of applications that must be maintainable, robust, and scalable.
• Experience using AI for software development.

We are especially interested in you enjoying understanding the product, making technical decisions with sound judgment, and working with other people to find good solutions.

• Design and modeling of REST APIs.
• Unit and integration testing.
• Distributed systems.
• Design patterns.
• Analytical data modeling, ETL or data warehouses.
• Marketing automation or eCommerce.

We do not expect you to master all these areas. We are interested in knowing which ones you have worked in and where you would like to continue growing.

You will be part of a team where technical opinions and proposals are heard, and where sharing knowledge is part of the day-to-day. The goal is to build functionalities that solve real customer needs and that can evolve with the product.

Depending on the needs of each project, the team works with practices such as:

• TDD and automated testing unit, integration, and end-to-end.
• Code reviews and pairing.
• Trunk based development, feature toggles, and short-lived branches.
• DevOps culture: the team participates in both the construction and the operation of what they develop.
• Training spaces and knowledge exchange.

Connectif seeks to keep its stack updated and is open to testing new solutions when they provide value. It also places importance on technical quality and avoiding quick fixes that hinder the future growth of the platform.

You will have the opportunity to work on an in-house product, within a close-knit team with room to contribute technical judgment. You will be able to participate in the evolution of a platform that already operates in different markets and face challenges related to fullstack development, data, scalability, and AI.

The position is 100% remote. Connectif has experience working with distributed teams and focuses on maintaining fluid communication and a collaborative environment.
