What you'll do
Guarantee the correct fulfillment of the home telecare specifications committed to the Public Administration, as well as the satisfaction of clients and users with the service provided, ensuring that it adapts to the required needs and demands
- Management of service enrollments and cancellations: Coordination with Social Services, involved companies, and technical staff for the activation, cessation, or replacement of terminals and peripherals.
- Attention to new users: Management of enrollment data, coordination for their registration, scheduling of the first visit, and assignment of accompanying staff.
- Home visits: Verification of the terminal's operation by pressing the alarm and recording the actions performed.
