We do this by helping more people live longer and with a better quality of life at home (Triple M), reducing avoidable hospitalizations, and promoting more preventive, coordinated, human, and patient-centered care.
At Qida, social impact and economic impact go hand in hand; both are inseparable and both are a necessary condition to fulfill our mission.
Today we are a team of more than 300 people in the office and 1,800 home caregivers, and we have served more than 25,000 families. In 2025, we closed a €37M round, the largest social impact round in Spain and Southern Europe. We are leaders in quality (4.8/5) and in technology within the sector.
What you'll do
We are looking for a person with a leadership vision and motivation for the growth of the Estem per tu project. It is important to have a sense of responsibility and an ambition for constant improvement to drive the territory toward the expected growth.
The role we propose is to be a reference person for families, caregivers, users, and professionals in Qida's dependency field. We believe it is important to work from a holistic perspective. That is why we propose a hybrid role with diverse functions that make every day dynamic. The objective of the role is to work from a vision of operational management and coordination with the social and healthcare systems.
Specifically, Qida's operational management involves
Performing the physical, cognitive, and social assessment of the case remotely or in person depending on the situation and preparing the Individual Work Plan.
Attending to, understanding, and knowing the needs of the user and the family at each stage of service provision, as well as the caregiver.
Following up on and accompanying the case remotely and/or in person depending on the situation with the established cadence.
Managing incidents and tasks that may arise throughout the service, providing an effective and rapid response, either by telephone or in person.
Direct coordination with the administrative and recruitment areas for service management: client registration and deregistration, vacations, scheduling, absenteeism, and other incidents.
Managing and activating services associated with prevention and care: physiotherapy, speech therapy, Pensium.
Participation in Qida's cross-functional projects: process improvement, improvement of work tools, creation of valuable content for the blog, newsletter, etc.
Maintaining and developing robust sources for the recruitment of care professionals.
Managing the selection process and conducting interviews by phone or in person.
Qualifying or rejecting candidates based on a competency-based assessment.
Supporting candidates through the process, and offering guidance and feedback - the principle of empowerment.
Selecting a high volume of weekly profiles to cover services with Qida families.
Ensuring and monitoring territory results. If there are difficulties, detecting them and proposing mitigation actions.
Ensuring the coordination and management of cases between the professionals of the system and our team of social referents.
Sharing and learning with the team to achieve professional and group growth.
