At DomusVi, we continue to grow. With the opening of our new residential center DomusVi Gavá Ciutat, located in Gavá we are looking to recruit a nurse who wants to be part of an exciting, innovative project with a clear purpose: caring for people.

Contribute to achieving the best possible state of health and well-being for residents, by providing timely, comprehensive, personalized, humanized, continuous, and efficient nursing care

• Carrying out nursing assessments upon admissions and periodic assessments as established.
• Preparation and administration of medication to residents following medical prescriptions.
• Providing palliative care: administering morphine and other palliative medications.
• Validating the care plan, including wound care, feeding, and pharmacological treatment, within the interdisciplinary team.
• Recording in the resident's medical record the guidelines and their progress.
• Providing emotional and psychological support to residents, as well as attending to family consultations.
• Supervising the care provided by auxiliary staff according to guidelines from the interdisciplinary team.
• Performing INR tests (coagulation tests) and monitoring INR (Sintrom), carrying out blood tests and adjusting doses as prescribed by the physician.
