What we're looking for
- Associate Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Desirable minimum experience of 1 year in primary care, in a hospital, or in a nursing home.
- Recommended complementary training in gerontology or similar.
- Availability of training courses related to the area, as well as complementary training in terms of promoting Equality, will be positively valued.

The role
Contribute to achieving the best possible state of health and well-being for the residents, by providing timely, comprehensive, personalized, humanized, continuous, and efficient nursing care.
What you'll do
- Carrying out nursing assessments upon admissions and periodic assessments as established.
- Preparation and administration of medication to residents following medical prescriptions.
- Providing palliative care: administering morphine and other palliative medications.
- Validating the care plan, including wound care, feeding, and pharmacological treatment, within the interdisciplinary team.
- Recording in the resident's medical record the guidelines and their progress.
- Providing emotional and psychological support to residents, as well as attending to family consultations.
- Supervising the care provided by auxiliary staff according to guidelines from the interdisciplinary team.
- Performing INR tests (coagulation tests) and monitoring INR (Sintrom), carrying out blood tests and adjusting doses as prescribed by the physician.
