What you'll do

Perform the initial psychological assessment and evaluation of the user and their socio-familial support network
Perform the psychological admission report and establish the resident's individual care plan
Perform psychological interventions and/or group therapies based on the individual care plans
Record psychological activities, assessments, and monitor the clinical course of the residents
Facilitate and assess the residential adaptation and integration process of the individuals
Maintain and update all records of their activity with each resident
Psychological care for terminally ill patients and their families
