What you'll do
- Perform the initial psychological assessment and evaluation of the user and their socio-familial support network
- Perform the psychological admission report and establish the resident's individual care plan
- Perform psychological interventions and/or group therapies based on the individual care plans
- Record psychological activities, assessments, and monitor the clinical course of the residents
- Facilitate and assess the residential adaptation and integration process of the individuals
- Maintain and update all records of their activity with each resident
- Psychological care for terminally ill patients and their families
