Apprentice Material Solutions & Strategy

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Raw Material Planning Apprentice to join our Perfumery team in Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain planning, working closely with suppliers and production teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

•    Support the planning and coordination of raw material availability across multiple suppliers.
•    Monitor and follow up on material orders from planning to receipt.
•    Collaborate closely with production teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
•    Assist in maintaining accurate data in planning systems and tools.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process.

You bring
•    Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
•    Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
•    Strong organizational and communication skills.
•    Team player, enthusiastic to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
•    Ideally, some foundational knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
