The role
At DSV Road, we want to bring a Tender Specialist into our Oiartzun offices. Their main mission will be to analyze commercial opportunities related to transport and logistics tenders, coordinating the collection and evaluation of information, the preparation of rates and economic proposals, and interaction with clients and internal teams, with the objective of presenting competitive, viable offers aligned with the company's growth strategy.
What you'll do
Among the tasks, the main ones will be the following:
- Reading documentation and analyzing data to assess client importance.
- Understanding the information provided by the client and "translating" it into "understandable" information for the rest of the team.
- Attending online conferences with the client and/or our international Tenders department (in English).
- Sharing said analysis with decision-makers in the different teams (KAMs, Branch Managers, BDMs, etc.).
- Calculation of rates and budgets using feedback/guidelines from decision-makers.
- In the event of a second or third round of the tender, analyzing the info with the feedback provided by the client and, with the consensus of the Branch Manager, BDM, etc., making the final decision to present to the client.
