The role

What you'll do

At DSV Road, we want to bring on board a Business Development Manager. Their main mission will be to manage, develop, and grow an assigned customer portfolio, as well as acquire new customers within the defined commercial strategy.

The goal is to maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, identify business opportunities, drive portfolio growth, and promote cross-selling actions within DSV Road services.

Among the tasks, the main ones will be the following:

Manage an assigned customer portfolio.
Identify new customers and business opportunities in line with DSV's commercial strategy.
Maintain and develop strong commercial relationships with existing customers.
Win new customers and expand business with current accounts.
Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on opportunities.
Drive retention, account growth, and cross-selling actions.
Coordinate with Sales Managers, Branch/Area, Pricing, and other internal departments.
Ensure proper onboarding of new customers and compliance with commercial terms.
Contribute to revenue growth, margin, and quality of the commercial pipeline.
