What we're looking for

Real experience leading complex IT programs with demonstrated program governance.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a common framework of priorities, budget, and milestones.

Experience in planning, budget monitoring, and vendor management.

Excellent communication, synthesis, and executive presentation skills.

Proficiency in management methodologies (predictive, hybrid, or adaptive).

IT infrastructure programs
Functional programs / business transformation

High level of English.

Nice to have

Certifications: PMP®, PgMP®, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP®, ITIL, SAFe or equivalents.

Experience in regulated sectors or complex corporate environments.

Experience in migration, modernization, cloud, ERP, data, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.

International or multicultural experience.

The role

At DXC, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager IT to lead strategic programs in AdvisoryX, our consulting unit specialized in technological transformation.

What you'll do

Lead strategic IT programs from end to end, establishing robust governance and coordination between projects, technical teams, and the business.

Define and implement the governance model: committees, monitoring cadences, decision-making, and dependency control.

Manage the global roadmap: milestones, deliverables, risks, budgets, and deviations.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders (business, architecture, operations, cybersecurity, vendors).

Prepare clear executive reporting on progress, financial status, risks, and pending decisions.

Manage organizational change, promoting adoption and readiness for implementations.

Ensure quality of execution, methodological consistency, and compliance with standards.
