What you'll do

Lead the RFQ submission process in EPC-type bids or projects.

Ability, motivation and independence to understand the technical needs of RFQs and proactivity in proposing the execution of activities. Proposal of negotiation strategies, and independent negotiation of supply purchase orders and/or supply and assembly purchase orders in EPC-type projects.

(Definition and adaptation of commercial documents for RFQs, preparation and supervision of award proposals, proactivity in the management and strategy of the purchasing process, negotiation and preparation of purchase orders)

Main Duties:

• Compliance with internal procedures using the established methodology and strategy

• Recording and controlling information according to the work procedures of the Procurement section.

• Proactive coordination with suppliers and internal disciplines such as engineering, construction, quality, costs and planning to ensure compliance with requirements and consolidation of strategies to mitigate uncertainties during the purchase order execution phase.

• Detect, coordinate, prepare and verify the applicable documentation to ensure its proper formalization throughout the negotiation, award and order preparation process.

• Monitor assigned requisitions, transparently communicate potential issues, and propose mitigation solutions to ensure correct decision-making according to the deadlines established in the project.

• Prepare reports on the assigned scope.

• Ensure compliance with internal regulations and policies on contracting and procurement.
