About the role

Responsibilities/Job Functions

Ensure the correct activation and contractual management of contracts in the procurement area, ensuring compliance with the administrative and operational procedures established by the company to support the achievement of project objectives.

Main Duties:

What you'll do

• Manage the activation and registration of contracts according to the working procedures of the Procurement section.

• Record and keep updated the information and communication with suppliers of assigned contracts: payment milestones, activity monitoring, interdisciplinary communication, etc.

• Coordinate with suppliers and other internal areas to ensure the availability of contracted goods or services.

• Verify contractual documentation and ensure its correct formalization.

• Monitor the weekly progress of suppliers and proactively and preventively detect potential issues.

• Update new contractual agreements associated with the first assigned contract.

• Manage the maintenance of documentation and tools as well as the files related to each of the assigned contracts.

• Prepare reports and contract analyses within activation activities to consolidate the contractual strategy with suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement and contracting regulations and policies.
