What you'll do
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA): Hazard Identification (HAZID) & Hazard & Operability (HAZOP), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Event Tree Analysis (ETA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Markov Analysis.
Functional Safety Assessment (FSA) - Safety Integrity Level (SIL) – Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA).
Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Inspectability (RAMI) Studies - Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Planned Maintenance Optimization (PMO) and Availability Prediction.
Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD)
Pressure Equipment (PED 2014/68/EU application).

Requirements
