Duties:
Their responsibilities, within the area of Industrial Risk Analysis and Reliability Studies, will be mainly focused on:
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA): Hazard Identification (HAZID) & Hazard & Operability (HAZOP), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Event Tree Analysis (ETA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Markov Analysis.
Functional Safety Assessment (FSA) - Safety Integrity Level (SIL) - Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA).
Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Inspectability (RAMI) Studies - Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Planned Maintenance Optimization (PMO) and Availability Prediction.
Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD)
Pressure Equipment (application of PED 2014/68/EU).
University degree in Engineering or Sciences (Energy, Physics, Industrial, Industrial Technologies, etc.) + Master's degree.
Between 2 and 5 years of experience in HAZOP, SIL, FMECA/FMEA and RAMI analyses.
Participation in HAZOP sessions and knowledge of the IEC-61508 and IEC-61511 standards, RD 809/2021, UNE-EN 60812:2018, UNE-EN 61882:2017 will be valued.
Tools: PHAWorks or similar, BlockSim, XFMEA.
