How you'll make an impact

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations, combining preventive and corrective maintenance with accurate documentation, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. Production will be your main internal customer, and you will work side by side with manufacturing teams to ensure equipment availability and performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Support equipment and process validation activities, execute tests and protocols, and contribute to engineering, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Maintain and review technical documentation related to equipment validation, qualification, and improvement.
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors and specialized service providers during activities on site, collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, Calibration, and other technical teams.
  • Regularly work in cleanroom environments, following gowning and contamination-control requirements. Some interventions may take place during production or outside the regular production shift, requiring flexibility.

What you'll need (Required)

  • Associate Degree or equivalent technical qualification in Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.

  • Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies applied in a manufacturing environment.
  • Intermediate English level, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate with OEMs and external service providers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with Production and technical teams.

What else we look for (Preferred)

  • Experience in medical devices or another regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Maximo, SAP, or similar maintenance management systems.
  • Experience supporting equipment/process validations and equipment reliability or engineering improvement projects.
