What you'll do
Prepare and sell the Prepared Meals department offering, cooking according to the recipe book and advising the customer on ingredients and allergens, to ensure the quality, availability, and correct information of the displayed assortment.
Main duties and requirements.
Replenish products at the point of sale and record merchandise movements, orders, and incidents in the internal systems, to maintain assortment availability and stock reliability.
- Cook and prepare ready-to-sell dishes following the recipe book and defined quality standards, to ensure product consistency across all daily productions.
-Inform the customer about ingredients, allergens, prices, and consumption recommendations, to guarantee truthful information and guide their purchasing decision.
- Clean surfaces, utensils, and equipment and apply hygiene and food handling protocols, to guarantee compliance with the HACCP self-control system.
- Maintain the order and aesthetics of the area, display cases, and stands and label products with accurate information, to ensure commercial appeal and compliance with consumer information regulations.
